1:1 Leadership Coaching

For senior leaders, executives, and emerging leaders who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. This engagement is built around you: your goals, your challenges, where you are right now.

The work is both reflective and practical. We explore what's shaping how you lead, shift the perspectives that may be limiting you, and build new skills and habits that hold up in the real world. Insight without action only goes so far, and action without self-awareness rarely sticks.

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Initial 360-feedback assessment (optional, but recommended)

Most people come to me with something specific on their mind — a career that needs to change, a next step that isn't clear, a sense that something isn't working even if they can't quite name it yet.

What often unfolds is something broader. Who we are in one area of our lives tends to show up in all the others. Some of the most meaningful shifts happen when we start to see those patterns clearly. This work creates the space to do exactly that: to get unstuck, to understand what's actually in the way, and to move forward with more clarity and intention than before.

  • Sessions typically run 3-4 times per month, with structure tailored to where you are and what you need
  • Goal development and clarity work: whether you arrive with a clear direction or are still figuring out what needs to change
  • Life vision and purpose mapping (optional)

Team & Organization

Team Consulting & Facilitation

High-functioning teams aren't built by accident. They're built on trust, honest communication, and a shared understanding of how best to work together. Those things have to be actively cultivated, especially under pressure.

I work with executive and leadership teams on two interconnected things: how the team functions together, and how clearly the organization understands its own priorities and direction. In my experience, you can't sustainably have one without the other. A team that works well together but lacks clarity on where they're going will stall. A team with a clear direction but fractured dynamics will struggle to execute.

I typically work with teams through intensive one or two-day offsites. Quarterly or bi-annual cadences tend to yield the strongest results, though engagements are structured around what makes sense for your team and moment.

Workshops & Standalone

Standalone Sessions & Workshops

Sometimes the most useful thing is a single, well-designed experience: for a team that wants to understand itself better, an individual who wants a deeper look at their own patterns, or an organization looking to build a specific skill.

I offer a focused set of workshops and sessions that can be delivered independently or as part of a larger engagement.

  • MBTI: a practical exploration of personality type and how it shapes the way we think, communicate, and work with others. Particularly useful for teams looking to better understand and appreciate their differences. Available for individuals and groups.
  • Enneagram: a deeper look at core motivations, patterns, and blind spots. Particularly powerful for individuals and leaders wanting to understand what drives behavior under pressure. Available for groups as well, for those ready to go deeper.
  • Communication: building the skills that make feedback easier, conversations more effective, and working relationships stronger.

Sessions run 90 minutes to a half day, designed around your specific context and goals.

Every engagement follows a clear structure. Within that structure, everything is tailored to you.

Discovery Call

A free 30-minute conversation to get acquainted and explore whether we're a good fit. We'll talk about what's bringing you to coaching, whether that's a specific goal, a transition, or simply a sense that something needs to change.

Deep Dive

A 90-minute onboarding session to go deeper into your history, patterns, and goals, as well as what success actually looks like for you.

Ongoing Coaching

Regular sessions with continuity and accountability. We work through challenges, celebrate progress, and refine direction as it becomes clearer.

Integration & Closure

A closing session to step back and take stock: reflecting on how far you've come, naming what to carry forward, and setting the foundation for continued growth on your own.
