About Amelia

Coach. Consultant.
Trusted Thinking Partner.

I believe the most important work any of us can do is to know ourselves more honestly — and have the courage to grow from there. That's what I show up for, every single day.

My Story

Gentle in approach.
Rigorous in practice.

What I love most about this work is the moment something shifts — when a client moves from stuck to clear, from self-doubt to grounded confidence. I've always been drawn to the conditions that make those moments possible: the right question, the right framework, the space to think without judgment. That curiosity about how people learn and grow has been a throughline in my professional life.

My path into this work started with a psychology degree from Vassar College and early hands-on work with people navigating significant challenges, experiences that gave me a foundational understanding of human behavior, self-regulation, and the gap between wanting to change and knowing how to.

What followed was nearly a decade inside organizations, first as an executive assistant and project manager to senior leaders, which gave me an unusually intimate view of how executives actually operate: the decisions, the pressures, the loneliness of the role, and what separates those who lead well from those who struggle. Along the way I began facilitating workshops, got certified in the MBTI, and started running team effectiveness sessions globally. My consulting and coaching work grew organically from there.

Since 2019 I've been coaching full time, working 1:1 with executives, leaders, and individuals, consulting with organizations on strategy and team health, training and mentoring emerging coaches, and facilitating leadership development programs for tech industry leaders. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and I'm an accredited Enneagram and MBTI practitioner.

Today, I work with leaders, teams, and individuals who are ready to look beneath the surface: building careers and cultures grounded in genuine self-knowledge, clear values, and authentic connection. It's the most meaningful work I've ever done.

You can also find me taking walks along the Hudson River greenway, collaborating on my parents' art estates, and doing my best to stay connected with the folks I care about most. I believe the same curiosity I bring to coaching shows up in how I try to live — imperfectly, intentionally, and always with room to grow.

What I Stand For

The principles that guide my work

Coaching is a relationship built on trust. These are the values I bring to every engagement, without exception.

01

Honest Reflection

I will tell you what I observe, not just what's comfortable to hear. Not to challenge for the sake of it, but because the gap between how we see ourselves and what's actually true is often exactly where growth lives.

02

The Space to Think

Most people rarely get to think out loud without judgment or agenda. I create that space: where you can slow down, hear yourself clearly, and find answers that are genuinely yours.

03

All of You

You are not just your role or your goals. Your history, your patterns, your relationships, your body — all of it shapes who you are and how you move through the world. I work with the whole person, always.

My Approach

Evidence-based.
Human-centered.

My approach draws on neuroscience, psychology, and the developmental sciences of how people grow and change throughout their lives — because real transformation isn't just about setting goals, it's about understanding who you are, how you got here, and what might be getting in the way of the future you truly want. I bring that background to every conversation, alongside a deep commitment to being your thinking partner, objective observer, and steadfast supporter.

Part of my role is to compassionately hold up a mirror, reflecting back the patterns, assumptions, and limiting beliefs that may be quietly standing between you and what's truly possible. Sometimes the most powerful thing one can do is help you see what you can't yet see in yourself.

I don't follow a single methodology or fixed approach, because people aren't fixed, and real growth rarely follows a straight line. Instead, I meet each client exactly where they are, drawing on whatever will serve them best in that moment.

What remains constant is the quality of attention I bring, a genuine curiosity about who you are, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to grow.
